Todd Phillips, Scott finance Arthur Fleck works as a comedian and is a stand-up comedian. He has mental health problems, several of which are related to uncontrolled laughter. Hard times and because of stress and work, Arthur has a worse time than most. In time, these problems arose, shaped his actions, and eventually forced him to become a more prominent person.
