It is a Windows 10 operating system scaled based on build 1511-10586 (Update Update or TH2). The minimum system requirements are expected to remain the same, although this customized version of Windows should run faster than the original due to the number of changes listed below.
This is the second version to support 32-bit processors. There is also the first version which is 64 bits in my profile.

System Requirements
Processor: 1 GHz (GHz) or faster processor with NX / PAE
SSE2 (if Windows 8 works, it will work too)
RAM: 1 GB for 64-bit (technically only 512 MB required)
Hard disk space: 20 GB
Graphics: DirectX 9 or later
Changes and information (by the way, most importantly):
– A large number of Metro applications except Edge, Store and Calculator moved
-Move most unrelated drivers (such as graphics, printers, networks)
They must be downloaded and installed manually depending on the specifications of each computer
– Move some accessibility items
– Regular Cortana speech and support
– Search changed (Explorer search bar still works)
– Windows Media Player recovers
-Enables Windows Photo Viewer to be used instead of the Metro Photos app, although photos will be opened first in Paint until the user changes the default application in Windows Photo Viewer.
-Hibernation is blocked
– Blocked files per page
– Firewall transferred (although in some cases it may be displayed while using programs and services are not removed as necessary)
– Windows update has not been released but is not guaranteed to work because I always disable it (you still need to activate it to install applications from the store)
– Store applications should work properly
– Games in the store do not work anymore (do not understand why). Non-UWP games (like CS: GO) should continue to work, remember that you will be updating your drivers
